Which Dubai combo to book
First visit, short stay. Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo are both inside Dubai Mall, which makes the Burj Khalifa and Aquarium combo the easiest pair to do in one afternoon. Tiqets has no bundle for it; the most reviewed version is on GetYourGuide, with levels 124 and 125 plus the aquarium. Book the Burj Khalifa slot first, because sunset slots go early, then fit the aquarium around it.
Desert plus skyline. The most reviewed Tiqets combo here is a pass with Burj Khalifa levels 124 and 125 and a morning desert safari in the red dunes with sandboarding. A morning safari leaves the evening free for the tower. Check the pickup time and pickup area on the booking page. Headout also sells a 15-minute helicopter flight with a desert safari, and a hop-on hop-off bus with dune bashing.
View-chasers. For the higher deck, look at Burj Khalifa level 148. Tiqets bundles level 148 (with a drink and fast-track entry) with The Green Planet, an indoor rainforest. Headout and GetYourGuide pair level 148 with Sky Views Observatory, the glass-floored deck with a glass slide in Downtown Dubai. Two observation decks in one day is a lot of skyline; it's mainly worth it if the slide appeals.
Families. The Tiqets bundle Aquaventure World + Dubai Frame combines a waterpark day at Atlantis The Palm with the Frame's skydeck. They are far apart, so plan them on separate days if the dates allow. Headout fills the gaps with Aquaventure + Lost World Aquarium (both at Atlantis), the Dubai Parks and Resorts 2-Park Pass, the Dubai Dolphinarium show with the Mirror Maze, and Play DXB.
Several days, many sights. The Go City Dubai Explorer Pass (choose 3 to 7 attractions) and the All-Inclusive Pass (2 to 7 days) are sold via Headout; Trip.com has a 5-day pass with hop-on hop-off bus, Lost World Aquarium and Dubai Frame. A pass pays off only if you would visit most of its attractions anyway, so write your must-see list first and compare.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Sometimes. The Tiqets bundles Aquaventure World + Dubai Frame and Burj Khalifa level 148 + The Green Planet are about 5% cheaper than buying the two tickets separately on Tiqets. The Burj Khalifa + desert safari pass is sold as one product, so there's no like-for-like comparison; its value is one booking for two very different half-days.
For the Burj Khalifa and Aquarium combo, the honest comparison is against the same Burj Khalifa time slot bought on its own, because deck prices rise at the busiest times of day. City passes advertise large savings, but those only hold if you use enough of the attractions.
How the tickets work
You pay once and receive a separate ticket for each attraction, usually as mobile QR codes. Each place scans its own ticket. Burj Khalifa entries are tied to a time slot, so pick it carefully; check whether the other part also has a fixed time or an open window. Safari and helicopter combos involve pickups and meeting points, which the booking page lists. Cancellation rules vary per product and sometimes per part, so read the conditions on the booking page before you pay. Our guide explains bundles and passes in more detail.
