Which Tokyo combo to book
Art and views. teamLab Planets is the anchor of most Tokyo bundles. Headout's teamLab Planets + Tokyo Tower Main Deck is the best rated of the bunch, and teamLab Planets + Tokyo Observation Decks gives you a choice of decks. On Tiqets, teamLab Planets + Tokyo Skytree + Sumida Aquarium packs three into one order. Wear clothes you can roll up above the knee: parts of teamLab Planets are walked barefoot through water.
Harry Potter fans. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is the other big ticket, and Tiqets bundles it with teamLab Planets, or with Skytree and teamLab. Headout pairs it with Tokyo subway access, which helps since the studio is out in Nerima, away from the centre. Book the Studio Tour slot first and fit the other parts around it.
Skytree only. Headout's TOKYO SKYTREE + Sumida Aquarium combo is the simple version: the aquarium sits at the base of the tower. A Hop-On Hop-Off Bus + Skytree combo also exists but rates noticeably lower.
Getting around. teamLab Planets + Tokyo Subway Pass is the most booked Tokyo combo overall, and Tokyo Tower + 24-hour subway ticket is a smaller version. Check how and where you collect or activate the subway pass before you travel.
Day trip. Studio Ghibli Park is near Nagoya, not in Tokyo. Headout sells it with a bus from Nagoya or with the Shinkansen from Tokyo, which makes for a long but doable day.
There's also Headout's Tokyo City Pass, with teamLab Planets and four landmarks, if you'd rather pick from a list than commit to a pair.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
A little. The Tiqets bundles cost slightly less than the parts, and Headout's teamLab Planets + Tokyo Tower combo states a small saving in its name. The real gain is getting teamLab and the Studio Tour slots in one go, as both fill up on weekends and holidays. The ticket list shows any saving we can confirm.
How the tickets work
One order, a separate ticket for each attraction, usually as a QR code on your phone. teamLab Planets and the Studio Tour run on time slots; pick each at checkout and leave travel time between them, as Tokyo distances are bigger than they look on the map. Cancellation terms belong to the bundle and vary, so check the conditions on the booking page. The guide covers the basics.
Combos Tiqets doesn't sell here
Everything apart from the three teamLab and Studio Tour bundles comes from Headout: the subway pass combos, Tokyo Tower and observation deck pairings, Skytree + Sumida Aquarium, the Ghibli Park transfers, the City Pass and a Samurai Museum ninja night ticket.
