Which Madame Tussauds Berlin combo to book
Illusions and wax. Madame Tussauds Berlin + Illuseum Berlin is the most booked bundle, and well rated. Both are photo-friendly, indoor and easy with kids or on a rainy day.
The view. Madame Tussauds + Berlin TV Tower pairs the wax figures on Unter den Linden with the city's tallest viewpoint at Alexanderplatz. There are two versions: a standard TV Tower entry, or admission with a table reservation in the tower. TV Tower entries are timed, so book a slot that leaves you enough time at Madame Tussauds.
Adults' night out. Madame Tussauds + XtraCold Icebar adds a sub-zero bar with three drinks included. Ice bars may have age rules, so check them if you're travelling with teenagers.
Science and anatomy. Madame Tussauds + BODY WORLDS Berlin pairs celebrities with real human anatomy exhibits. It may not suit younger children.
Families with small kids. Madame Tussauds + LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Berlin is the family pick, though it has very few reviews. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is aimed at younger children; adults without kids may only get in on special adult sessions, so check.
Others. Madame Tussauds + IKONO Berlin adds an immersive, photo-friendly exhibition. Madame Tussauds + 1-Hr Sightseeing Cruise is sold as a pass with an audio-guided boat trip; its few reviews are mixed.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
The bundles are a little cheaper than buying the two tickets separately. It's a small saving plus one checkout. The cruise pass is priced as one product, so compare it with the parts.
How the tickets work
You book once and get a separate ticket for each attraction on your phone. Pick a date for each part, and a time slot where one is asked for, especially for the TV Tower. Cancellation conditions can differ per part, so check them on the booking page.
For museums, the zoo and other pairs, see the Berlin combo tickets. Heading south? Try Dresden.
