Which San Francisco cruise combo to book
Families and first-timers. Aquarium of the Bay + San Francisco: Cruise pairs the 1-hour Golden Gate and Bay Area cruise with the aquarium at Pier 39. Aquarium of the Bay + Cruise on San Francisco Bay is a pass version with a slightly different cruise and a higher rating. Both keep you along the Fisherman's Wharf waterfront.
Alcatraz. Alcatraz Entry Ticket + Ferry Around the Island and San Francisco: Cruise + Alcatraz both include the official Alcatraz Island admission from Alcatraz City Cruises, plus a separate bay cruise. Alcatraz tickets are timed and often sell out well ahead, so book early and build the rest of the day around your Alcatraz slot.
Prison stories from the water. Aquarium of the Bay + Escape from the Rock Bay Cruise suits visitors who couldn't get Alcatraz tickets: the cruise takes its name from the island's escape stories, but there's no admission to the island in this bundle.
Thrill rides. San Francisco: Cruise + Six Flags Discovery Kingdom adds a day at the theme park in Vallejo, across the bay. Plan it as a separate day and check how you'll get there.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
The bundles (aquarium + 1-hour cruise, Alcatraz + cruise, Six Flags + cruise) are about 5% cheaper than buying the parts. The passes are priced as one product, so compare them with the separate tickets. With Alcatraz, availability matters more than the discount.
How the tickets work
You book once and receive a separate ticket for each part. Cruises sail at set times from different piers, and Alcatraz ferries leave from their own pier, so check the departure point and time on every ticket. Cancellation conditions can differ per part; read them on the booking page. More in how combo tickets work, and every city pair on the San Francisco combo tickets page.
