Which Thames cruise combo to book

First visit. London Eye + Thames River Cruises is the most booked and the simplest: the Eye and the London Eye River Cruise both start on the South Bank by Westminster Bridge. Take the wheel first, then the boat, or the other way round if the queue is long.

Views from two heights. The Shard + Thames River Cruises comes in two versions. One adds the Westminster to Tower Bridge cruise, which ends near Tower Bridge, a short walk across the river from The Shard. The other runs on to Greenwich, so you'd see The Shard on a separate trip. The Tower Bridge version is the more practical pairing for a single afternoon.

Wax figures and the river. Thames River Cruises + Madame Tussauds London pairs the museum on Marylebone Road with the Westminster–Greenwich cruise. Madame Tussauds is a Tube ride from the river, so plan them as two halves of the day. There's also a version with the London Eye River Cruise, and one with the Tower Bridge cruise, which has a single poor review so far.

Greenwich day. Thames River Cruises + The Painted Hall is the neatest one-day plan: sail from Westminster to Greenwich, then walk to the Old Royal Naval College. It's a small bundle with strong reviews.

History on the water. Tower of London + Thames River Cruises adds a flexible sightseeing cruise to the Tower of London. The London Family Pass is a different mix: the London Eye River Cruise, the London Transport Museum and London Zoo.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?

The bundles here are about 5% cheaper than buying the two tickets separately on the same platform. It's a modest saving; the main gain is one checkout. The London Family Pass is sold as one product, so compare it with the parts you'd actually use.

How the tickets work

You pay once and receive a separate ticket for each part. Pick a date for each, and a time slot where asked: the London Eye, The Shard and Madame Tussauds use timed entries. Cruise tickets vary, some flexible and some tied to a date or departure, so check yours. Make sure you know which pier your cruise leaves from. Cancellation conditions can differ between parts, so read them on the booking page.

Questions

Is there a combined ticket for the London Eye and a river cruise?
Yes. London Eye + Thames River Cruises bundles the Eye with the London Eye River Cruise, and it's the best-reviewed cruise combo. A second bundle pairs the Eye with the Westminster–Greenwich cruise instead.
Is there a London Eye, Madame Tussauds and river cruise combo?
Not on this page. You'll find Madame Tussauds + a cruise here, and London Eye + Madame Tussauds bundles on the London Eye page.
Which cruise goes to Greenwich?
The Westminster to Greenwich cruise. It's in the bundles with Madame Tussauds, The Shard, the London Eye and the Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College.
Do I have to take the cruise on the same day?
Usually you pick a date for each part during checkout, so no. Some cruise tickets are flexible, others need a set date or departure, so check the booking page.
Combo or London city pass?
For one cruise and one attraction, a combo is simpler. A pass only pays off if you'll visit many paid sights in a few days. Compare options on the London page.
