Which Duomo di Milano combo to book
Most Duomo bundles include entry to the cathedral and access to the rooftop terraces; a few cover the rooftop only, and the City Card covers cathedral entry. Some use a fast-track ticket, which helps at busy times. Check which Duomo ticket each listing includes.
Opera and architecture. Duomo + Teatro alla Scala is one of the most reviewed pairs. La Scala sits just past the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, so you can walk from one to the other. Choose between the skip-the-line small-group tour and the guided tour with museum.
Football fans. Duomo + San Siro Stadium Tour has the best rating of the big combos. San Siro is out in the west of the city, so take the metro and leave half a day for it.
First visit, short stay. Duomo + Hop-on Hop-off Bus gives you the cathedral plus an easy way round the main sights. The Milan City Card goes wider: the Duomo, the Leonardo3 Museum, a public transport card and an audio guide app, sold as one pass.
Leonardo and the castle. Duomo + Sforza Castle with audio guide pairs two central sights, a short walk apart. For the Last Supper, pick Duomo + Last Supper small-group tour or the bundle with a guided walking tour that includes the Last Supper.
Day trips and extras. There are also bundles with a Lake Como, Lugano and Bellagio day trip, a QC Terme spa voucher and Branca Tower. These have only a review or two, so read them first.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Most Duomo bundles on Tiqets are slightly cheaper than buying both parts separately, and the La Scala tour with museum a bit more. The City Card is priced as one product, so compare it with the parts you'd actually use.
How the tickets work
You book once and receive a separate ticket for each part on your phone. Pick a date and time for the Duomo, and for La Scala, San Siro or the Last Supper, which run timed visits. The cathedral has a dress code for entry, so cover shoulders and knees. Cancellation can differ per part, so check the conditions on the booking page.
