Which Milan combo to book
Short stay, first visit. Duomo di Milano + Hop-on Hop-off Bus Milan gets you the cathedral, the rooftop terraces and a loop past the rest of the centre. Good if you only have a day or two and don't want to work out the metro.
Football fans. Duomo di Milano + San Siro Stadium is one of the most booked Tiqets combos in Milan, and the best rated of the big ones. The stadium tour has a reserved entrance and sits out west, on the M5 metro line, so plan the Duomo for the morning and San Siro later, or the other way round. Check tour times around match days.
Opera and architecture. Duomo di Milano + Teatro alla Scala pairs the rooftop with a skip-the-line small-group tour of the opera house. Another version swaps in a guided tour plus the La Scala museum, and some use a fast-track Duomo ticket. La Scala is a few minutes' walk from the cathedral through the Galleria, so this is the easiest pair to do in one go.
Leonardo's Last Supper. Duomo di Milano + The Last Supper adds a small-group guided visit to the painting at Santa Maria delle Grazie. Two other bundles reach it through a guided walking tour or a Duomo & Last Supper city tour. Last Supper entry is strictly timed and sells out early, so fix that slot first and build the Duomo visit around it.
Castle and history. A Duomo fast-track ticket + Sforza Castle with a digital audio guide covers the cathedral and the castle museums, about fifteen minutes' walk apart.
Several days, using transport. The Milan City Card bundles a Duomo ticket, the Leonardo3 Museum, a public transport card and an audio guide app. It has more parts than the others but a lower rating, so check what each part covers before you buy. The Malpensa Express roundtrip is not a sightseeing combo, just a convenient airport train return in one order.
Beyond the sights. Smaller bundles pair La Scala with an aperitif boat on the Navigli, San Siro or the Duomo with a spa entry, or the Duomo with a Lake Como day trip. They have only a handful of reviews so far.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Most Duomo bundles on Tiqets cost about 5% less than buying the two parts separately, and the Duomo + La Scala tour-and-museum bundle saves a little more. The bigger gain is having the Duomo slot and the second attraction fixed in one order. The Milan City Card and the GetYourGuide city passes are priced as one product, so their value depends on how many parts you actually use.
How the tickets work
You get a separate ticket for each attraction. The Duomo entry has a date and time, and the rooftop part may be by lift or by stairs depending on the ticket version, so check which one you're buying. Expect a security check at the cathedral, and cover shoulders and knees to get in. Cancellation rules differ per bundle: check the conditions on the booking page, or read the guide for how combos work in general.
Combos Tiqets doesn't sell here
GetYourGuide sells the most reviewed Milan pass, the Official City Pass with the Duomo and over ten attractions, plus a City Pass with Duomo, La Scala and a canal cruise (rated lower) and a Duomo guided tour with the rooftop lift. Headout has a La Scala + Milan Cathedral guided tour combo with only a few reviews so far.
