Which La Scala combo to book
The classic pair. Duomo di Milano + Teatro alla Scala Guided Tour is the most booked. You get Duomo entry with rooftop access and a skip-the-line small-group tour of La Scala. Walk from the cathedral through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and you're at the theatre.
More time inside the theatre. Duomo di Milano + Teatro alla Scala: Guided Tour + Museum swaps the small-group tour for the guided tour with the theatre museum, with its costumes, instruments and portraits. It shows a slightly bigger saving than the other bundles.
Short on time. Duomo Fast Track + Rooftop + La Scala Guided Tour, and the version with the La Scala museum, add fast-track entry at the cathedral. There's also a Duomo Rooftop + La Scala bundle that skips the cathedral interior, if the terraces are what you're after.
Evening in Milan. Teatro alla Scala Guided Tour + Aperitif by boat on the Navigli pairs the opera house with a drink on the canals in the south-west of the city. Do the tour by day, then head to the Navigli for the evening.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
The bundles are a little cheaper than buying the parts separately, about five percent, and the Duomo + La Scala tour and museum bundle a bit more. The main point is booking two timed visits in one order.
How the tickets work
You pay once and get a ticket for each part on your phone. Both the Duomo and La Scala use time slots, so leave a buffer between them: the rooftop and the cathedral together take a while. The Duomo has a dress code for the interior; cover shoulders and knees. Cancellation conditions can differ per part, so check them on the booking page.
