Which Lisbon combo to book
First visit, a few days. Lisboa Card + Pena Palace is the most booked Lisbon combo on Tiqets. You get the city card for public transport and entry to many attractions, the Pena Palace ticket with an optional transfer, and audio guide apps for Lisbon and Sintra. Reviews are mixed, so check how buyers rate the card's coverage for the places you actually plan to visit.
Monuments in Belém. Belém Tower + Jerónimos Monastery is the classic pair. They stand a short walk apart, so you can do both in a morning and add a coffee and a pastel de nata in between. For a longer Belém day, Jerónimos Monastery + National Palace of Ajuda adds the royal palace on the hill above.
Families. The Oceanário de Lisboa pairs well with the Lisbon Cable Car, which runs along the river in the same district; this bundle is also priced below the two tickets. Oceanário + Lisbon Zoo makes a long animal day across two parts of town. Oceanário + Dolphin Watching adds a boat trip, with the largest saving of the Lisbon bundles. More on the aquarium on the Oceanário de Lisboa page.
Short stay, want an overview. The Lisbon Pass combines Pena Palace, Jerónimos Monastery and a hop-on hop-off bus. Smaller pairs join the bus with Lisbon Cathedral, the Banksy Museum or the St. George's Castle church tower.
Art and something lighter. Banksy Museum + 3D Fun Art Lisboa, or Banksy Museum + the Historic Hills tram tour.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Some Lisbon bundles are priced below their parts, notably the Oceanário pairs with the cable car and the dolphin trip; the ticket shows the saving. Many others are passes that cost about the same as buying separately and mainly save a second checkout. With the Lisboa Card, the value depends on how much you ride public transport and how many included sights you visit.
How the tickets work
You pay once and get a separate ticket for each attraction, usually on your phone. Check the date and any time slot for each part, especially for Pena Palace, which is in Sintra and needs half a day or more. City cards usually start counting from first use; check the validity window on the booking page. Cancellation rules differ per product: read the conditions before you pay.
Combos Tiqets doesn't sell here
Headout lists the Lisboa Card on its own in two versions, a Hop-on Hop-off Bus + Oceanário combo, and the St. George's Castle church tower with a drink.
