Which Guggenheim combo to book
Modern art. MoMA + The Guggenheim is the obvious pair and the most booked. MoMA covers the big modern classics in Midtown; the Guggenheim's spiral building on Fifth Avenue is half the reason to go. Whitney Museum of American Art + The Guggenheim swaps MoMA for American art downtown, though it has few reviews so far.
Museum days. The NYC Museum Bundle adds the American Museum of Natural History to MoMA and the Guggenheim, and it's the best-rated product here. The Natural History Museum sits across Central Park from the Guggenheim, so the two work well on the same day if you walk through the park. There's also a two-part American Museum of Natural History + The Guggenheim bundle.
Art plus a view. The Guggenheim + SUMMIT One Vanderbilt pairs the museum with the glass-walled observation deck near Grand Central. It is the most reviewed of the view pairings, and a good way to end a museum day in Midtown. Top of the Rock + The Guggenheim is the alternative, with few and mixed reviews.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Most Guggenheim bundles are a little cheaper than buying the parts. The NYC Museum Bundle is priced as one product, so compare it with the three tickets on the day you book.
How the tickets work
You book once and choose a date, and a time where asked, for each part. The Guggenheim is a gallery you walk down in a slow spiral, so give it at least a couple of hours. Museum opening days and late openings change, so check the hours for each museum before you fix a date. Tickets come to your phone, one per museum. Cancellation can differ per part, so read the conditions on the booking page.
