Which Pena Palace combo to book
First visit, one day. National Palace of Pena & Park + Castelo dos Mouros is the most booked Pena combo by a wide margin. The palace and the castle walls share the hill above Sintra, so it's the most practical pair: do the palace and park, then walk across to the castle.
Pena and the gardens below. Pena Palace + Quinta da Regaleira pairs the hilltop palace with the estate near the town centre, known for its well and grottoes. A digital audio guide comes with the Quinta. Go up to Pena first and come down to the Quinta later.
Pena and a quieter palace. Pena + Monserrate Palace adds the botanical park and palace west of town. This bundle is priced a little below the two tickets bought apart.
Want the bus. The Sintra Bundle + Hop-on Hop-off Bus covers Pena, the Moorish Castle, a bus to the castles and palaces and an audio guide app. A smaller bundle joins Pena with the bus only. Both have weak reviews, so read them before booking.

Is a combo cheaper than separate tickets?
Some Pena bundles, such as Pena + Monserrate and Pena + bus, are priced slightly below their parts; the ticket shows the saving. The Pena + Moorish Castle pair is more about having both entries and the transfer option in one order.
How the tickets work
You pay once and receive a separate ticket for each site. Check the time slot on your Pena ticket for the palace interior and allow time to get up the hill. Paths are steep, so wear good shoes. Cancellation follows the bundle; read the conditions on the booking page.
All Sintra combos, including Monserrate and the National Palace of Sintra pairs, are on Sintra combo tickets. Staying in the capital? See Lisbon.
